About the event

About The Reflective Practice Lab (The RPL)

Interpreting often happens behind closed doors, on isolated video screens, or in fast-moving rooms where we make hundreds of split-second micro-decisions. When an assignment feels heavy, clunky, or leaves us second-guessing ourselves, we rarely have a dedicated, low-pressure place to unpack what actually happened.

The Reflective Practice Lab (The RPL) is an intimate, welcoming circle designed to change that.

Grounded in deep respect for each practitioner’s autonomy, the RPL is not a lecture, a test, or a clinical critique. It is a thoughtful peer salon where 12 colleagues meet regularly to look under the hood of real-life cases, ask curious diagnostic questions, and build lasting confidence in their clinical decision-making.
