Non-Discrimination & Mutual Respect Statement

We are committed to creating and maintaining a learning environment that is inclusive, respectful, and free from discrimination, harassment, or bias of any kind.

We do not discriminate based on race, color, ethnicity, national origin, language background, religion, sex, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, age, ability, socioeconomic status, or any other protected characteristic.

All participants, presenters, and partners are expected to engage in ways that promote mutual respect, cultural humility, and equitable access to learning.

We recognize that learners come with diverse backgrounds, preferences, and strengths. Considerations have been made to support different learning styles, and every student has the right to learn in the way that works best for them. Our goal is to foster an environment where each individual feels empowered, supported, and seen.

We strive to ensure all programs are safe and welcoming for Deaf, DeafBlind, Hard-of-Hearing, and hearing participants alike. Discriminatory behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the program without refund.

If you experience or witness any conduct that violates this policy, please contact us immediately so we can address it appropriately.
