Cancellation Policy
Booking and Cancellation Policy To best serve your interpreting needs, please note our booking policy: Minimum Booking Time: A minimum booking time of two (2) hours may apply to all in-person interpreting services. Cancellation Notice (Standard Bookings): We require a four (4) business day notice for any cancellation. Cancellations made with less than four business days' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Cancellation Notice (Shows & Productions): All show and production bookings require a three (3) week cancellation notice. If a show or production is cancelled with less than three weeks' notice, interpreters will still receive payment to cover preparation time and loss of deposit (if applicable). Travel Fees: For service locations outside of [Specify your primary service area, e.g., a 30-mile radius of Woodstock, GA], travel fees may apply. Please inquire for details. Overtime Rates: Services extending beyond the initially scheduled time may be subject to overtime rates. Please discuss this with your point of contact if you anticipate the need for extended time. Preparation & Materials: We are happy to work with any preparatory materials you can provide to ensure the most effective interpretation. Please send all relevant documents and information to your designated point of contact. Point of Contact: You will be provided with a dedicated point of contact for all booking inquiries, material submissions, and any questions you may have. Booking Confirmation: All bookings will be confirmed via email once your request has been processed. Payment Terms: Our standard payment terms are Net 30 from the date of service.
